The cold butter taken out of the fridge is put on the grater and mixed in a bowl with lemon and orange peel, yogurt and sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, salt powder, eggs and flour, then baking powder quenched with juice of lemon.

Mix all the ingredients well and knead the dough until smooth, then flour it with a little flour and let it cool wrapped until we take care of the apples.

Wash the apples, peel them, grate them on a large grater and then set them aside.

Remove the dough from the fridge, divide it into two pieces and spread two sheets.

I spread the sheets directly on the parchment paper cut to the size of the tray.

I lined the tray with oil and flour (classic) and then I placed the first sheet. I stabbed the sheet with a fork all over the surface.

Put the apples on top without pressing, sprinkle the brown sugar evenly, then cinnamon and put the sheet of dough again and prick with a fork.

Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes or until browned.

It can be cut hot, but for powdering it needs to be cooled.

It's a delicious cake!
