A little bit of muddling goes a long way in this fresh, minty take on a watermelon Margarita.
- 4 Mint leaves
- 1/2 oz Light agave nectar
- 1 1/2 oz Cazadores tequila blanco
- 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz Watermelon juice
- Garnish: Mint sprig
- Garnish: Watermelon slice
Add the mint leaves and agave to a shaking tin and gently muddle.
Add the remaining ingredients plus ice, shake, and double-strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with fresh mint sprig and watermelon slice.
