A very easy recipe ... one day when you're too tired ... you can make French fries
- 10 medium potatoes
- 500 g of cow's milk
- 1 or
- 250g sour cream
- CHEESE
- Parmesan
- butter
- dill
Servings: 6
Preparation time: less than 120 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION French Potatoes:
Boil the potatoes in their skins with water and salt. When they are ready, drain them and peel them, then cut the slices. Grease the pan with butter and place the potato slices. In a bowl, crush the telemeau with a fork, add the egg, sour cream and dill. Pour into the pan over the potatoes, and put another layer of potatoes on top. Grease with a little butter, sprinkle with grated cheese and parmesan. Add in the oven for 30 minutes over medium heat.
