Ingredients

  • 2 eggs husband
  • 50 gr Delaco Sofia cheese
  • salt to taste
  • a hot pepper powder powder
  • dill or green parsley

Method of preparation

We froth the 2 eggs, season them to taste and bake them in the multicooker bowl, using the BAKE program for 20 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees. After baking, lightly peel the omelette, place the cheese in the center, then roll it side by side and if necessary, catch it with two chopsticks (toothpicks). After completing the selected program, the multicooker will automatically switch to the function of keeping the food warm, for a maximum of 24 hours. Thus, we close the lid of the appliance and keep it warm for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese melts slightly. Sprinkle a few sprigs of freshly chopped parsley or dill on top.

Good appetite!

An appetizer for breakfast or as a snack between meals, which can be served both hot and cold.
These muffins are filling, delicious, nutritious and good-looking, which increases our appetite.
Why not go to children, school or office?

6 eggs
6 tablespoons milk
6 slices of raw-dried salami
1/2 red bell pepper
80 g raw-dried ham
100 g smoked cheese
50 g butter
12 cheese balls (recipe below)
salt
pepper
cherry tomatoes - for garnish (optional)

Method of preparation :

Cut the salami and bell pepper into cubes. We cut the ham into thin, small slices.
In a larger bowl, break the eggs and mix them with the milk, salami cubes and peppers and ham.
Season and mix to homogenize.
Grease the muffin tins (silicone) with butter and place a ball of cheese balls in each shape, then carefully pour the omelet composition into each shape, until it is filled with three-quarters.
On top we grate smoked cheese.

I preheated the oven to 180 degrees.
Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. We test with the toothpick.
If they are cooked, we take them out of the oven and they can be served so hot.
Colds can be served with a yogurt sauce.

As I did cheese balls ? Simple:

300 gr cheese
1 or
2 tablespoons grated flour
1 knife tip with baking powder
salt
frying oil

Grate the cheese on a grater with small holes, then mix with the rest of the ingredients until you get a not very compact dough.
We model balls the size of a walnut, which we place on a tray. It is not good to make very large balls because they will double in volume during frying.
When we're done, we put them one by one in the hot oil bath and we make sure there aren't too many so they don't stick together.
The cheese balls fry very quickly, so we must not leave them unattended.
We take them out on an absorbent napkin, when they become copper.

Cheese chips

The procedure is very simple: sliced cheese is cut into squares or triangles. They are put on baking paper, sprinkled with salt and various spices (I had a Greek mix and ground pepper) and put the tray in the oven heated to 120 degrees C. Check after 7-10 minutes. If necessary, change the position of the tray. Be careful, the chips can burn easily.

Remove to cool, then enjoy.

Muffins with quinoa and broccoli

I think you already know that they are fan muffins for dwarfs. I like that I can offer them either for dinner, if I have more I give them for breakfast on the 2nd day or for a snack, it depends. They are practical, easy to make and easy to clean. What could be simpler than putting all the ingredients in a bowl to mix and ready? Dream!! Today we have quinoa muffins in the program, in our country they had maximum success even with dads. Okay, he put some more ketchup on them to slide better :))).

I didn't have chicken eggs then, so I put 5 quail eggs which is equivalent to one chicken. Put what you have, I come out without problems in both cases. Also, if the babies are less than one year old, it must be cheese without added salt. I had not found, well I did not look for one without salt, so up to a year, I replaced, where possible, cheese with cottage cheese.

1 chicken egg (or about 4-5 quails)

50g grated cheese (salt-free mousse if babies are under one year old)

* Before boiling the quinoa, let it soak for at least 4 hours (the water should cover it well and add either a tablespoon of squeezed lemon or a tablespoon of yogurt). In this way, phytic acid is released and the nutrients it contains are better absorbed. Also, before putting it to boil, wash it thoroughly under running water, thus removing saponin, a substance found in its outer shell that gives it a bitter taste.

* As a tip, if you think you've boiled too much quinoa, use half of the preparation you're making now, and put the other half in a saucepan. It can be used successfully the next day in another preparation. As an idea, about 80 grams of raw quinoa resulted in boiling about 400g of quinoa. And as inspiration for other recipes you can find something here.

1. I turned on the oven to preheat it to medium heat, 180 degrees.

2. In a bowl, mix boiled and cooled quinoa, quail eggs (or chicken egg), finely chopped broccoli, crushed garlic, cheese and finely chopped green onions. If you want, now is the time to add some pepper powder.

If you want, you can boil broccoli for a few minutes before chopping it. It softens enough in the oven anyway, but you may want to wash a little more of the substances it is sprayed with.

3. I prepared the muffin tins and put the mixture.

4. I put them in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until they coagulated nicely and browned slightly. I let them rest for 5 minutes in the forms and then I took them out.
